Once we’ve given you a quote, we’ll run a business credit check, verify your insurance certificate, and wait for you to sign on the dotted line of your contract! Simple as that! Once your contract is signed, you’re able to receive your 1.5-ton flatbed truck rental within a short five to ten days!

We also gladly deliver our trucks to your project. If you are working anywhere in the USA, we will come to you. At Flex Fleet, we truly do believe in our “customer first” approach. Being that we have the abilities to deliver your trucks to you, why wouldn’t we? That same rule applies to pick up your fleet as well… We will also pick the rentals up when you are done using them. Our trucks will be delivered to you in good, working order that is legally plated in 48 states.

We understand that many projects happen off road, so our trucks are approved for that type of use. We offer mileage allowance that is based on your needs, never more than you need.  Flex Fleet also has the extras that you may want, like XM radio or GPS tracking.

Also, as far as damages are concerned. We know the difference between typical wear and tear of the job versus actual damage. We’re not here to scam you for all your company has. We are very fair with our customers when determining actual truck damages upon receiving returned vehicles.

To keep this a cost-efficient option, we do not have any long term commitments. Our rental agreements have a minimum term of four months.
